Business & Platinum Partnership

Partner membership, at either the Business or Platinum levels, is the ultimate Council membership category for HUBZone-certified firms and illustrates a company's highest commitment to the HUBZone program.
In addition to the benefits of regular membership (see Membership Information), Partner benefits include:
- recognition with logo on the Council's website; Platinum Partners also receive a link on the Council's website and recognition in The Zone Report newsletter
- complimentary access to the members-only sections of the Council's website for up to eight individuals for Business Partners and ten individuals for Platinum Partners
- complimentary registrations for the Annual Meeting and Conference (one for Business Partners and two for Platinum Partners) and discounted additional registrations for the Annual Meeting and Conference
- Platinum Partners receive complimentary sponsorship of an education session at the Annual Meeting and Conference
- Platinum Partners are represented on the Council's Board of Directors by one voting member
- Platinum Partners have access to a private page on the Council website to enhance communication with other Platinum Partners
Partnership is available at two levels, Business and Platinum. Dues are invoiced in four quarterly installments. Partnerships become active upon receipt of first installment.
- Business Partner - $6,000 per year
- Platinum Partner - $12,000 per year

Dues payments, contributions, and gifts are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes; however, they may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Two percent (2%) of membership dues is allocated for lobbying-related activities and therefore is non-deductible as a business expense for federal income tax purposes. (Subject to change.) [IRC 162(e) and 6033(e)].
The Council accepts members regardless of race, creed, sex, color,
physical disability, and national or ethnic origin.

Cycle Construction is a privately-held civil construction firm specializing in construction management, site preparation, emergency response, heavy construction, demolition, and underground utilities. The company's leadership team brings many years of experience in all phases of civil construction projects and has vast experience in closely coordinating with local and national agencies. Cycle Construction is licensed in Louisiana and Mississippi.
The Davis Group

Based in Sanford, Florida, The Davis Group is a general contractor specializing in military building renovation. The company has been managing construction projects for various government agencies, ranging from $200,000 to $15 million, for more than 35 years.

Garrett Container Systems is an ISO 9000-2001 and HUBZone-certified small business and is located in western Maryland. Established in 1992 as a manufacturer of aluminum storage and shipping containers, the company has expanded its core competencies to include military logistics and has become a system integrator of tactical deployable kits and a distributor of numerous brands of tactical and support equipment and organic tactical nylon equipment.
Heeter Construction Company, Inc.

Heeter Construction, located in Spencer, West Virginia, is the Ohio Valley's premier roller compacted concrete contractor. The company was founded as the David Heeter Dozer Company in 1969 with one D4 dozer and a flatbed truck. In 1988, the company was incorporated into Heeter Construction, which has grown from building oil and gas well locations to constructing dams, levees, roads, and surface mines.
