The National HUBZone Conference, the annual meeting of the HUBZone Council, brings together hundreds of small business contractors and dozens of federal agency and prime contractor representatives for two days filled with education and networking opportunities.

Conference Registration

Full conference registrations include a reception on Monday, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, and refreshment breaks throughout the conference.

The optional Monday Lunch Buffet
at Boxwoods Restaurant costs $15 per person.
Includes hot and cold buffet and non-alcoholic beverages.  Beer and wine extra.
Monday's lunch is not provided for conference registrants without ticket purchase.

Hotel rooms are available for $129 per night plus tax.

  • July 31:  Last day to register and receive the $50 Early Bird discount.
  • July 31:  Last day for exhibitors to receive a $100 discount.
  • July 31:  Last day to cancel and receive a refund, less $50 cancel fee.
  • August 9:  Last day to reserve hotel rooms at the conference discounted rate.
  • August 23:  Last day to register to be eligible to request Match-Making appointments.
  • August 23:  Last day for agencies & primes to reserve Match-Making tables.
  • August 26-30:  Small business contractors submit their Match-Making appointment requests.
  • August 31:  Last day to cancel and receive a refund, less $100 cancel fee.
  • September 4:  Match-Making Appointment Schedule posted on conference website.
