Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email ( or fax (703-229-6425).  Cancellations received by July 31 are subject to a $50 cancel fee.  Cancellations received August 1 to August 31 are subject to a $100 fee.  No refunds after August 31.

Transfers from one individual to another within the same company are complimentary.  To transfer, the original registrant must request a transfer in writing (via email to and provide the name and email address of the transferee.
