Conference Sponsorships
The HUBZone Council Annual Meeting and Conference is a training-oriented event. There is no formal trade show and exhibit space is available only to Corporate Sponsors.
To maximize the quality of training and networking activities, the conference is limited to 200 registrants. Each participant will receive a comprehensive conference notebook with training materials, industry data, and related information.
Conference participants are typically the owners and senior managers of HUBZone-certified firms and other small business government contractors from a broad range of industries.
Given the intimate nature of the event, sponsorship costs are very affordable -- but the sponsorship impact is high.
- SOLD: badge lanyards (imprinted with one-color sponsor logo)
- 8.5x11-inch black & white insert in the conference notebook: $300 one-sided, $450 two-sided+
- 8.5x11-inch color insert in the conference notebook: $500 one-sided, $650 two-sided+
- 8.5x11-inch color insert on the back cover of the conference notebook: $2,500*+
Food & beverage event sponsorships are reserved for Corporate Sponsors.
The Council reserves the right to review all printed materials to ensure that they are appropriate for conference participants. Sponsorship fees are nonrefundable.

+Sponsorship fee includes printing expense. If sponsor provides printed insert (3-hole punched to fit in a standard loose-leaf binder), deduct $100 for black & white and $250 for color. For the back cover, deduct $300.
