 The SBA's HUBZone Help Desk ceased operation in 2012.
However, the SBA's HUBZone Office offers eligibility assistance on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 to 3pm Eastern. Call 1-888-858-2144 and enter access code 3061773# to use this interactive helpline forum where HUBZone staff will present specific eligibility topics followed by a general question and answer session.
Firms seeking specific status updates of their applications or answers about the supporting documentation requested, it is best to email the SBA HUBZone Business Opportunity Specialist working on the applications because they can provide the necessary individual assistance.
