Manisha created a company that sought to change that culture and challenge the status quo. She donates her time to mentoring and advising young girls in their career aspirations. Additionally, Manisha is an active volunteer for animal welfare through various nonprofits throughout the country.

Delali Dzirasa has worked tirelessly with SBA, the U.S. Senate, other HUBZonecompanies as well with the HUBZone Council Board to assisting in rewrite the policies of the SBA program. This expands beyond his company but the entire HUBZonecommunity and every Small Business in the country.

SBA works with Treasury to set their prime and subcontracting goals and while many agencies struggle with meeting their Small Business Goals for the 10th year in the row the Department of Treasury not only met but exceeded their small business goals at 3.28% and they are on track to do it again in FY 2020.
