Clarity in Decisions. Confidence in Outcomes.

Global supply chains face relentless pressure to stay competitive. Geopolitical shocks, soaring customer expectations and shifting trade policies are all eroding cost visibility. In this volatile landscape, resilience is no longer optional; it is the foundation of competitiveness.

Yet many organisations remain stuck, paralysed by ROI uncertainty, fragmented data streams, and workforce gaps. Forecasts beyond the next quarter remain uncertain, further highlighting the need for stronger predictive capabilities. Of course, investments in AI, automation and network redesign solutions do not come cheap but without the right skills and systems in place, even the best strategies will fail.

To futureproof your business, supply chains must bend, not break - anchoring strength in people and data before layering on AI and automation to increase efficiency. At Reuters Events: Supply Chain USA 2026, senior executives from the world’s leading retailers, manufacturers, and logistics providers will learn how to create resilience and flexibility by ensuring their supply chains:

    • Design for Disruption: Build resilience and agility to withstand volatility and competitive threats
    • Focus on the Customer: Establish trusted data and empower people to deliver smarter, faster service
    • Innovate at Scale: Identify where AI and automation create measurable value in cost and time savings
    • Partner for Performance: Champion collaboration to strengthen logistics ecosystems and drive shared success at scale

Join 500 of the sharpest minds from North American supply chain planning & logistics across a wide range of industries, to benchmark faster, pressure-test your approach, and turn ideas into funded programs in 2026. Genuine peer-to-peer connections will be made via multiple roundtables and workshops PLUS 18+ hours of dedicated networking time, all of which combine to give you the most interactive, connections focused supply chain event in 2026.

Own the mandate. Cut through uncertainty. Transform your supply chain into an enterprise value creator.

WINGS Live: Built to Win - Mastering the Path from Opportunity to Execution

    June 25, 2026, McLean, VA

Success in federal contracting isn’t just about finding opportunities—it’s about positioning your business to win, crafting proposals that stand out, and executing with excellence once you’re awarded the work.

WINGS Live: Built to Win is a half-day, in-person experience designed for small and mid-sized business owners who are ready to move beyond the basics and compete with confidence in the federal marketplace.

    Session Descriptions

Session 1: Getting Lender-Ready: A Cash Flow Crash Course for GovCon

Overview: Won the contract — now can your business afford to deliver it? Join Teresa Moon, VP of Communications & Marketing at Parabilis, and her team for a fast-paced session built for women-owned federal contractors who want to scale without running out of cash.

Drawing on Parabilis's work financing growing GovCons, this three-part session unpacks what it takes to be lender-ready, how to make your contracts work harder for cash flow, and how to brace your business for the next potential government shutdown.

    Key takeaways:

    • What lenders look for in early-stage GovCons — and how to get document-ready before you need capital

    • How to use federal contracts and your pipeline to project and protect cash flow

    • Lessons from the recent shutdown and how to prepare for what may come in September

    • Time for Q&A, plus 1:1 follow-up availability with the Parabilis team after the session

Session 2: Crash Course to Cash Flow

Overview: What does it actually look like once you become a client? In this second 45-minute session, the Parabilis team walks through how cash flow management works in practice for federal contractors after engaging a lender. From pro forma projections to contract backlog analysis to planning around Recompetes and future contract pipelines — this session goes deep on what advancing funding requests look like in the real-world rhythm of a growing GovCon business.

    Key takeaways:

    • Building and using pro forma cash flow projections

    • Analyzing contract backlog to inform funding timelines

    • Planning around Recompetes and contract endings

    • Using your pipeline to project future funding needs

    • 10 minutes of audience Q&A at the end

Whether you’re new to government contracting or looking to scale your current efforts, you’ll leave with a clearer path to becoming a business that gets seen, gets selected, and gets the call.

This in-person event is $25 for WIPP members and $49.99 for nonmembers
