In this webinar,Tony Franco, senior partner of PilieroMazza PLLC, will provide an overview of the various types of strategic partnership agreements available to veteran and service-disabled veteran owned small businesses. Tony will start with a review of basic teaming agreements which will include performing due diligence, eligibility requirements, and how to structure the division of work when putting together the agreement. Tony will then move into subcontracting and discuss the key clauses to include in these agreements. Joint Ventures always generate many questions, so Tony will also spend time reviewing the main characteristics of joint ventures, the advantages and disadvantages of JVs, and how to structure a JV, especially with set-asides components. He will also discuss the special rules for joint ventures.
