Description

Bid protests are an unfortunate—but crucial—part of the acquisition process. After all, they can give your company another shot at winning an otherwise lost award. In this presentation, government contracts attorney Matthew Schoonover will discuss the debriefing and bid protest process so that attendees can better understand how (and when) to use these important tools. Matt will discuss the ins-and-outs of debriefings and protests, as well as common issues that come up during the process. The discussion will also focus on lessons learned through bid protests, and why companies should use debriefings and protests as a learning tool to enhance their competitiveness for future awards.
