Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Small Business Conference (Sep 16-17) & Next-generation Air & Missile Defense Industry Day (Sep 18)

DESCRIPTION: 

The purpose of this Special Notice is to announce the rescheduled Missile Defense Agency Small Business Conference and the addition of the Next-generation Air and Missile Defense Industry Day.  

The conference is designed to assist small business contractors in doing business with the MDA by providing critical information about opportunities to support the agency's mission. The Small Business Industrial Base supporting the MDA plays an integral and extremely important role in developing, manufacturing, fielding, and sustaining the missile defense system. 

Attendees will be provided with valuable information and opportunities for matchmaking with MDA Prime Contractors and Government Representatives, as well as networking with other Small Businesses.

Notice to Previous MDA Small Business Conference Registrants: If you previously registered for this event prior to its postponement in February 2026, and you did not cancel, your registration remains active and valid for the September dates. 

CLASSIFIED SESSION (SEPTEMBER 18): 

The third day of the conference will be classified and held at a separate location (MDA). Special approval is required to attend this portion of the event. Please see the attachment below for the required forms and instructions for gaining approval to attend the classified session.
