Refund & Cancellation PolicyOur goal is to provide a clear and fair refund policy for attendees of the 2026 National HUBZone Conference scheduled for July 21–22, 2026. We understand that plans can change and have established the following refund and transfer policy. Full RefundsRefund requests received on or before June 1, 2026 will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellation requests received between June 2, 2026, and June 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET will receive a refund minus a $125 administrative fee. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: No RefundsRefund requests received after June 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET will not be eligible for a refund due to conference commitments and finalized event expenses. Registration TransfersIf you are unable to attend, attendee substitutions are permitted at no additional charge through July 15, 2026. Please provide the replacement attendee’s information to facilitate the transfer. ExceptionsExceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances such as severe illness or family emergencies. Supporting documentation may be required. All exception determinations are at the discretion of conference management. Conference CancellationIn the unlikely event the conference is canceled by the organizers, registrants will receive a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation notice. Refund Processing
